WORKSHOP

As a Conscious Living and Loving Coach and Artist, I coach clients to  discover their genius and bring it to the world in such a way that  produces deep satisfaction and financial abundance. I coach individuals  and collaborative partners on how to create brilliant and easeful  collaborations.

I also offer private art lessons, where along with learning about how  to paint, you will learn how to breathe in a way that allows your  creative flow to open, how to awaken your intuition, paint and live from  your heart.

Both, Coaching and Art Lessons will increase your aliveness, health and well-being.

 How Does This Work?…

• We will email back and forth. Your access is unlimited.
• I will challenge you, support you, push you, and hear you.
• You can do it at any time, day or night, whenever it fits into your busy life.
• Writing is hugely cathartic and a powerful way to process your thoughts.
• I will ask you to challenge any thoughts or beliefs that aren’t serving you.
• I will push you to take action when necessary to move forward in your life.

 Your 90 Program includes…

• We meet in person/phone/skype.
• We will create a clear plan of what you’d like to achieve in the next three months
• 2 1/hr Sessions per month (6 sessions total)
• Unlimited Email support

• Weekly planning and accountability worksheets, with feedback from me.
